CRISP - Air Conditioning and Refrigeration Programme
CRISP is designed to engender employability through the technical/vocational training of young people in Domestic Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning.
The Programme will provide students with the competencies and skills to install, service and repair split-type air conditioning units and household refrigeration appliances. Participants will also be able to understand the basics of the refrigeration cycle and use trade tools to perform skills-related repairs and servicing. Upon successful completion of the Programme, participants will be awarded a Certificate at the Craftsman Level from the NESC.
The Programme is in alignment with the following pillars of the National Youth Policy:
